Seattle is buzzing with even more World Cup energy as Team USA takes the field in Seattle this Monday, July 6! Our city has hosted some great matches so far, and we are getting ready to celebrate even more World Cup soccer! We’ll be serving up omakase, kaiseki and takeout for your celebrations!

Join us Monday–Thursday, 4:30–6pm all summer long for 12-piece or 19-piece nigiri sushi, tempura, sake and more – all at happy hour prices. New seasonal dishes are stunning at the Sushi Bar and our chefs have been busy putting their signature spin on these new favorite appetizer dishes as part of the Sushi Bar omakase.

• Boiled Winter Melon & Snow Crab with Uni Sauce – silky, delicate and layered with rich sea urchin umami.
• Grilled Tile Fish with Egg Yolk Miso & Leek Oil – delicate amadai gives hints of smoky sweet, with savory miso in a deeply satisfying dish.
• Green Tea Soba with Kisu Tempura – classic Edomae sushi style shines in this lean, delicate and perfect summer fish with an earthy hint of fresh made soba.

Served exclusively as part of our $145 Sushi Bar Omakase.

Reservations open 30 days in advance. If you’re planning a sushi bar omakase experience, early booking is highly recommended. Prime seats tend to disappear quickly, and Happy Hour reservations are also available. We look forward to welcoming you to Shiro’s Sushi!
