Now Hiring:
1. Sushi Chef (Itamae)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years working with sushi or in a Japanese kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi and sashimi with precision, speed, and artistry
- Ensure top-tier freshness, presentation, and hygiene
- Interact professionally with guests at the sushi bar
- Manage sushi ingredients and inventory control
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of fish handling, knife techniques, and rice preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience with omakase is a plus
2. Japanese Cuisine Cook
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience Required: 5+ years in Japanese hot kitchen (sushi, kaiseki, or similar)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Japanese dishes such as sushi, tempura, and more
- Collaborate with the head chef on seasonal menus and specials
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Supervise kitchen assistants when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients and flavor profiles
- Experience in traditional Japanese plating techniques
- Creativity with respect for tradition
